Reviews

Former tenant·2 months ago

Good landlord/ craxy neighbors

Pros

the landlord is responsive and gets back to you promptly. the landlord makes sure to have the hall clean and the garbage fix

Cons

Noise outside the house and people hanging around the front steps yelling in the middle of the night in the block and there is always police presence in nearby building

Advice to the owners

Call the cops and put a gate at the entrance of the house

Former tenant·3 months ago

Hood-ish in the slope

Pros

- The neighborhood is literally the one best thing about 297 1st Street. Nothing else.

Cons

- Apt # 4F (Ms. Cowan) loves to play her music all hours of the night through 4am, and there are no consequences disrupting all of us on the 4th floor & other floors. - Mice have started coming into the building, management, no repairs, drug dealing, etc.

Advice to the owners

Get rid of disruptive tenants.
