Pros
Nothing but good things to say about the building overall when it comes to the management and maintenance; the staff is lovely
Cons
Only real cons would be the elevators are a bit slow & if you have neighbors who blast music, you may hear it through the walls

building and location are great
Pros
Very clean and the staff is the absolute best. Every single person that works here is super friendly. The location couldn't be better, by almost every subway line possible within a 10-minute walk. It's an 8-minute walk from Dekalb, many stores, restaurants, and coffee shops nearby.
Cons
There's a construction right across the street and the noise cancellation is not the best.
