Beware greedy landlord

Pros:
Super charming brownstone with modern interiors close to everything in Fort Greene
Cons:
No gauze on front windows, weak heating/cooling system, terrible shower pressure, no cleaning of common spaces, door buzzer broken entire rental period. Serious issues with landlords not fixing things, making unreasonable requests for apartment viewings, putting rent up 10+%, only offering short term rental agreements, inappropriate communications, and threatening legal action.
Advice to owner:
Despite being owner landlord, opposite of a nice experience. Only concern was making as much money from the apartment as possible.
