Bad management company, awesome super
Former Tenant
Pros:
Fairly recently renovated, the super was amazing
Cons:
The mgmt company is so so bad, unresponsive, irresponsible and much nore
Advice to owner:
Improve customer service, better coordinate move in and out, set up electronic payments
