Quiet and comfortable

Pros:
Big studio space for an affordable price. Mostly quiet. The landlord was responsive when it came to more immediate needs in the apartment
Cons:
The appliances were brand new when I moved in and they’re still not great - especially the stove. The shower can get painfully hot or sometimes will switch to cold for no reason. The landlord is willing to work with you but depending on the situation isn’t always very accessible to speak with
Advice to owner:
The water temperature can really be a safety issue. Also found it frustrating the compost bin was taken away

Clean, great supervisor, old building, good maintenance.

Pros:
The super was there for you at any time. Never had problems with bugs and mice. It was very clean.
Cons:
Mold and the fact that they didn’t allow pets. Sometimes we had problems with the water. In 2 years rent history we had 4 times brown water!!!! Never used the tap water to drink. Maybe they need to clean the pipes or make some restorations.
Advice to owner:
Invest some more money don’t be cheap because the rents are high.
