The last NYC apt I'll ever rent

Pros:
- Julian the super
- washer & dryer in the unit
Cons:
- Redstone Realty Property Management
- Avenues NY Real Estate: shady shady shady shady
- forces tenants to do guarantor's insurance even though you can afford the apt (was an extra $1400 based on my credit score at the time)
- listings almost always say includes a dishwasher but there is no dishwasher
- shower head
- 2nd bedroom is small
- the kitchen cabinets were not cleaned well when I moved in
- didn't allow walkthrough towards the end of the lease, said everything was left in good condition and that there were no damages and still took $325 out of my security deposit which was also mailed to me late
- camera connected to virtual doorman is very glitchy
- no physical key only a keycode for the bdlg and a keycode for your unti
- the area is shitty
- can't sleep cuz the 24/7 Bruckner Blvd traffic is insane
- dogshit often in front of the property

stop violating security deposit NYC laws
