Highly recommend this building

Pros

- Friendly doormen/building staff - Laundry on every floor - Clean - No street noise (at least in interior facing units) - Nice gym and common areas - Close to subway/grocery store/easy to walk to other neighborhoods

Cons

- Interior facing units are dark, but this is to be expected - Not a ton of food directly outside, but plenty within 5-10 min walk

Best building in downtown Brooklyn

Pros

We absolutely love this building. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The amenities are amazing. Definitely the best building in downtown Brooklyn.

Cons

We have had some trouble with the wine fridge as well as the regular fridge.
