Honest building review

Pros

Had someone that takes care of properly recycling all garbage after it’s brought down!

Cons

There was an ongoing pest problem with mice despite having exterminators come in about once a month. There was a time when they did go away for a while, but then they came back (you could see they were babies now instead of adult ones).

Former tenant·Over 3 years ago

Not bad. I’ve lived here all my life.

Pros

The super is somewhat involved. I have not had any mayor issues here. It’s relatively clean.

Cons

-The landlord is nonexistent. -Lots of people like to gather outside. If you like that, great!
