Fine for some time
Pros
Not much noise in the back. Convenient to subway.
Cons
Cheap about repairs and it shows. Getting real help for apartment issues feels like pulling teeth because they will do anything to not hire a real technician. Poor painting job for each new tenant that leaves paint on windows and doors.

Very solid location but laundry is a hassle

Very quiet neighbors, rent stabilized, relatively quiet street, close to busy street and train station
Cons
Washer/dryer in basement CONSTANTLY on the fritz
Advice to the owners
Update the washer/dryer!
