Pros:
Apartment is nice and spacious, relatively quiet. Nice area.
Cons:
Response time is low. It takes months to get issues addressed. There is a monthly pest service, but if you have issues in between the month (which I have, both mice and roaches) you will not get help.
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive when there are issues
