Good, But Nothing Special
Pros
Management is nice and respectful. The wood floors and cabinets are nice and give a cozy NYC feel. Fairly sized rooms. Great location!! IMO an adequate starter apartment.
Cons
Just not a lot of shared space for two grown adults. Our unit doesn't get much sunlight (no ones fault, but still sad). Management is fine, but can take a while to respond/get back in touch with you. There were a lot of days in the winter when the heat wasn't turned on and we had to bundle up. Street is VERY busy with cars/people/general noise. On a hill so uphill walk.
Comfortable Living Space!

Quiet neighbors, Attentive landlord(for the most part), Secure entrance, Also very close to 2 great delis and a Supermarket!
Cons
Walk up, Busy street with lots of loud horns/music/engines revving, No laundry in building, Uphill walk
