Former tenant·Over 2 years ago

It was fine.

Pros

Building is very diligent about pest maintenance. Building neighbors were quiet.

Cons

If you're on a higher floor, the radiator is HOT and very difficult to control. Bathroom toilet was situated super weird. Couldn't sit properly on it.

Advice to the owners

Can't complain.

Former tenant·Over 2 years ago

Responsive and reasonable owners, frequent pest control, decent neighbors, liked the area, rent stabilized

Cons

Not super clean in terms of common spaces, could get loud, random cars parked on lot all the time, not updated

Advice to the owners

None really, it’s a good deal
