Decent building in a nice area
Pros
- Neighbors were quiet - Never had issues with the landlord - Rarely saw any pests - Nice neighborhood
Cons
- 10min+ walk to station with a single line (Q) - Close to busy street so there is constant street noise during the day. Not too bad during the night. - Heat seemed inconsistent during the winter. Sometimes too hold or too cold
