Good but SMALL

Pros

Quiet, nice common areas, great location, good neighbors

Cons

Extremely small bathrooms, slow maintenance, old building with lots of spray foam fixes, huge gas truck parked out front is an eye sore

If You Like Cockroaches and Bed Bugs

Pros

It is close to Grand Central and is a good size for a studio.

Cons

HUGE PEST PROBLEM. One of the tenets has a very dirty apartment so the pests are constant. They go away for a little but are back soon after.

Advice to the owners

Force the tenet with the dirty apartment to clean.
