Not in the safest neighborhood, elevators broke frequently, no AC in any common areas

You get your own room, doorman/security, only single women with jobs or internships in the city allowed to live in building and there is a food hall/meals included in the rent price.
Cons
you can’t have guests upstairs, communal bathrooms on each floor, including showers, and the room size is tiny (but doable for short term)
