Great building, terrible management
Pros
Nice prewar building with elevator. Great location, right by riverside park. Good neighbors.
Cons
Denali Management is terrible. Cooking gas has been out for 3+ months and no sign of them turning it back on. Buzzer has worked about half the time I've lived here. Heat often turns off in middle of winter. Super is nice but he is overworked and often too busy to help.
