Co-op Board is full of Bigots
Former Tenant
Pros:
I like the fact that there's a security desk with personnel from 8a-12midnight, but honestly 12midnight-8am is when it's needed the most.
Cons:
This is a Co-op board with more rules and regulations than our current woke, authoritarian government. Not only that, a majority of the Co-op board is biased AGAINST ANYONE who is NOT a Chinese (mainland) national - that goes especially for the Co-op Board President.
Advice to owner:
Get rid of the bigots on the Board, and focus on creating a true community, inclusive of those of use who have been here since the 1970's!

Short Term Rental in a Co-Op Building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Doormen are very courteous and the building is quiet. Garbage room is always clean. Newly replaced windows keep it quiet and insulated. On-site parking for a reasonable cost. Close to Main Street 7 Train Station and MTA/NICE buses.
Cons:
No central air conditioning in corridors. Co-op building, so rentals are limited unless you know an owner.
Advice to owner:
Additional outdoor space would be a welcome addition.
