Fine apartment, cheap management

Apartment was perfectly fine and it's nice that there's a gym
Cons
The pool was closed most of the time for a swim school.

Pros
The size of the studios are above average and it’s an updated pre war building. (Elevator). Laundry on 2 floors. (2 washer and 2 dryer total)
Cons
The boiler is in the building next door and the building has had inconsistent heat in the winter. Had to unionize the building to get them to fix it. Definitely mice in the building but more so in the walls than in the apartment themselves. I only saw one my first year and pest control was very responsive. I can still hear them in the walls sometimes though.
Advice to the owners
Stop raising the rent so high
