Beautiful Pre-War Building

Pros:
- high ceilings
-natural light
-quiet
-good neighbors
-prewar
-live in super is kind
Cons:
-maintenance is extremely unresponsive. When they do some to fix things the work is mediocre and usually breaks again or they say they’ll finish the job and never come back or respond to messages
-no amenities (no elevator, dishwasher, laundry)
Large rent increase
Advice to owner:
Invest in better maintenance support
