Great first apartment
Pros
The location is the best thing about this building, walkable to Prospect Heights, Crown Heights, Cobble Hill, Fort Greene, Park Slope, etc. The front bedrooms get a lot of light.
Cons
It is a bit loud on third ave and the railroad layout makes hosting hard

Nice Building, Poorly Maintained for Price

Renovated recently, woodwork is nice, cool area, quiet street
Cons
No A/C, expensive but unresponsive landlord, no mailboxes dedicated to tenants - all the tenants have to share one big one!
Advice to the owners
Hire a super. Fix the mailboxes.
