Terrible management and poor communication

Pros

Close to 7th and 5th Ave

Cons

The hot water does not work at least once a week. No proper communication from management. Heat works very sporadically and some of the units are not well maintained. However, rent keeps increasing while quality decreases.

Worth it for the location

Pros

Well laid out units, good amenities and the super and landlord are responsive to requests quickly. The location is amazing and they do consistent maintenance to keep up the building

Cons

Due to its location next to the park, the outside noise can be pretty loud. The heat and hot water sporadically switch off in the winter too. The trash piles up pretty quickly out front about 2-3 days after pick up and there have been mice infestations in the building over the years. The exterminator only comes sporadically, and when he does, he will knock and leave before you can get to the door.

Advice to the owners

Provide more trash and recycling cans or have them cleared out twice a week. Additionally, hire a more reliable exterminator.
