Pros

Convenient location, great layout, good dishwasher and W/D. Decently responsive management, though they aren't especially friendly. Don't hear much noise from neighboring units.

Poor construction... my apartment has cracks all over the walls from the room expanding and contracting throughout the day / seasons. The tiles they chose in the bathroom also easily trap moisture and cause mold. Also it's super loud because it's next to Bedford Ave. so you hear traffic and honking at all hours of the day. I also smell other people's apartments (cooking, frying, smoking, etc.) in my apartment because of the way ventilation is set up.
