Great place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Lovely building, lovely apartment, great maintenance, great staff
Cons:
Apartments are small and can be dark, Related is very savvy about using pricing to hook you low and raise the rent quickly, is a little far west and the congestion on 30th is annoying now

Great on paper, until you spend some time there
Former Tenant
Pros:
Gorgeous building with top of the line amenities.
Great design and great location, with superb views.
The kind of buildings that wows you.
Cons:
Management. While the concierge team is absolutely amazing, the maintenance team and management is absolutely terrible. Maintenance will always tell you that everything is “normal” because they’re too lazy to do any work / the building doesn’t want to fund the repairs because they’re cheap. The heat barely works during the winter and is non existent mid-season which makes it even worse. Water pressure is mediocre. Management is borderline insulting.
Advice to owner:
Revamps the management team and the maintenance team from the ground up - this building needs a major culture shakeup - maybe promote some people from the front desk who are extraordinary
