Such a great building!

Pros

Very well maintained, quiet building with friendly neighbors and a responsive super.

Cons

My only complaints are that the heat is too much in the winter and we are not able to control the temperature of the heat in our apartments, and that we are not allowed on the roof (alarmed door).

Advice to the owners

Give access to the roof.

Sunnyside an apartment

Pros

Affordable, close to the 7 train and bus lines, spacious rooms, high ceilings, view of Manhattan, neighbors are generally respectful, the heat toasty

Cons

Squeaky floors, you can hear from above, noises from other peoples bathrooms, elevator broke a few times in the first 7 months of me being here, none of the windows have screens which is a first for me

Advice to the owners

Regular elevator maintenance, window screens
