Charming apartment with amazing closet space

Walk in closet, balcony, dishwasher, laundry in building, elevator, nice landlord
Cons
No heat insulation, you have to pay for heat (electric) and it’s incredibly expensive due to how energy inefficient the building is ($300-400/mo) if using heat or AC at a normal rate, laundry machines frequently break and there are only 2, elevator also frequently breaks, if facing 2nd Ave it can get quite loud especially with constant ongoing construction

Cute little apartment in the city.
Cons
-Way overpriced rent -If you live in this building, be very wary of signing a lease with landlords Rafi and Ronen. Slumlords. They will make you pay for anything that breaks in the apartment and are incredibly unethical. Only care about the money. Water bugs and cockroaches are present in building. Building and units are stuck in the 70s/80s look and appliance wise.
Advice to the owners
Vet your landlords, don’t make renters pay for broken for electric ACs/heaters.
