Awesome experience living here! Great super
Former Tenant
Pros:
Angel is and was the best super I’ve ever had. He went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were taken care of. I’ve lived here for 2 plus years and management has been very nice to me and had a great experience. There’s also laundry in building too! I would have renewed my lease if it wasn’t for my job relocation!
Cons:
There wasn’t any roof access or storage space for tenants
Advice to owner:
Try to provide outdoor access or storage space for bikes for tenants. I know that’s tough to find in NYC walk ups!

The many bus lines nearby
Cons:
The landlord, heat hardly worked, hot and cold faucet wrong, loud neighbors, broken washer and dryer
Advice to owner:
Stop owning property and stealing money
