great student housing

Cons

Advice to the owners

Former tenant·Over 1 year ago

Good, straightforward experience

Pros

Maintenance requests were met quickly and efficiently, and with no push back (e.g., my fridge broke, I reported it, they came to see and confirmed it was broken, I had a new fridge the next day!) Maintenance staff was also extremely friendly.

Cons

Not too many complaints, Columbia is your landlord so things are run pretty above board. It's an older building that would look great with more rehab work done to it. I think they were gutting units when I left, so people moving in now will get an upgrade.
