Overall ok could be better and Karma downstairs sucks
Pros
Trash on every floor that you only share with one other unit. Not many units in the building which is nice. Fairly quiet during the day if you have one of the units that face backwards. Didn't increase rent much YoY. In unit washer / dryer is a nice perk. The units are very clean and never had any issues with pests. Very few repairs needed in the unit other than the toilet occasionally
Cons
The bar downstairs "Karma" is a nightmare to live above. We lived on the very top floor and it got to the point where I was sleeping with headphones in every night because the bass was just impossible to sleep through. Submitted complaints through 311 constantly and nothing was ever done about it. As much as I loved my apartment I could never tell anyone to live there because of the noise being unbearable. Also the super is not live in and is always running around. He would respond to me sometimes but then other times would just flat out ignore me. The first floor has a big backyard and the tenants there tend to throw big parties that are very loud in the other units. Use caution. Sometimes the trash wouldn't get picked up for the week and it would be overflowing
