Rodents in Our Apartment
Pros
Rooftop is cute, gym works. Laundry room is ok. Lobby is nice. Doorman Mimo and Concierge Diana is the best thing about the building.
Cons
The rodent issue in this building is unacceptable. We reported a mouse in our apartment on July 23 2026 and were told we had to wait seven days for pest control. Since then, we have spotted two more mice, including one on August 2 and droppings. Management’s solution has been to tell us to set traps. Residents should not have to manage an ongoing rodent problem themselves. This building needs immediate professional treatment, a full inspection, and all entry points properly sealed.
