Good for what it is
Pros
Loved the location and sunlight (front facing apartment).
Cons
It took a bit of reminding to get the management company to do repairs. We lived with a dripping bathroom sink for months before it was finally replaced. The fixtures were all pretty old as well. When we moved in and were paying Covid prices it was okay, but by the time we moved out our rent had more than doubled and it felt crazy to be spending that much for a small, run down apartment.
