Insane Landlord, stay away

Constant packages getting stolen. One tenant is absolutely disgusting and constantly pees himself, smokes cigarettes inside the hallways, and needs police to come take him to the hospital. There are also lots of mice and cockroaches. The main issue though is the owner/landlord, he is absolutely insane. Refused to give back security deposit and we had to take him to small claims court. He threatened me multiple times, called my mother a bitch, and tried to start a physical altercation, which is hilarious since he is elderly. DO NOT live here, no matter how attractive the rent/location looks.
Advice to the owners
Sell. The. Building.
