Cons
A bunch of guys on the block have an unmarked garage next door. They often have block parties that extend to the front door, play loud music, steal packages, and leave trash everywhere. Because their garage doesn’t have an address, most complaints meant for them are accidentally directed to this address.
Nice place to live, some things to watch out for
Pros
Great appliances, good commute to the ML and J trains, back patio access, well maintained, heat is controllable, washer/dryer in unit, no pests inside apartment, rear building is tucked away and quiet
Cons
Good amount of rats on this street (not too much of a problem since they don’t get inside), washer and dryer do not vent outside so it does cause concerns
Advice to the owners
Owner is solid, just vent the dryer to the outside
