love this building

Pros:
The cleanest building I've lived in. Lived here for 3 years, haven't seen a single roach or mouse. Apartment layouts are made for humans, mostly square, and relatively big. Management is responsive. There's an online portal to request maintenance and track your rent payments. Garbage is out the back in the parking lot. People who manage the building are chill

Noise - my unit faces the street and it can get loud

The staff keep it clean and the super lives in the building. It’s quiet and close to the subway.
Cons:
Nothing, I liked the place but moved because the apartment was too small after 12 years
