Landlord is entitled and dismissive
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice amount of space in the apartment
Elevator works
Cons:
Electric bill was INSANE. Like $500-$600 sometimes.

Definitely charging for multiple units or some sort of electrical issue but landlord refused to acknowledge it.

AC was constantly broken and landlord try to evict us for asking him to fix it.

After putting up with all his BS, he gave us a bad reference after he said he would give a good reference. Totally lied after taking our money for years and refusing to fix AC and power issues.

Most of the lights don’t work
Advice to owner:
Fix your apartment. Fix the electric issue and AC. You are not entitled to get peoples money just because you born into wealth and assets, you are supposed to actually manage the property and keep it in good condition. not just exploit people and kick them out to raise the rent

Personal review of 310 east houston
Former Tenant
Pros:
Staff members, especially James is great but they haven't raised their salary in 2 years and they work more shifts.
Cons:
Super used to be less responsive but he has improved a lot recently. No full-time doorman. Nice second floor terrace but the roof deck belong to the largest penthouse. No decorations for special occasiona
Advice to owner:
Better care of their staff members. At least one may be leaving soon.
