Small studio, best location
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location especially if you citibike. Newly renovated studio with lots of sunlight.
Cons:
Some pests. Boiler/pipes broke many times during winter which meant days without heat/hot water.
Advice to owner:
Better pest control. Fix that boiler for good.
