Nice building
Pros
The building has a lot of character, it’s a pre-war building so the tiles in the hallways are lovely. The building is generally well maintained. The super lives here so garbage is done regularly, stairs get swept and mopped occasionally, decorations go up for winter holidays. The rent is reasonable for NYC.
Cons
No laundry in the building, but there is laundry nearby. No elevator which is a pain with groceries. No bike storage.
Advice to the owners
Maybe offer storage, if possible, in basement.
