Pros

Building is really well maintained. We live right next to the trash chute and do not experience weird smells, pests and trash is cleaned regularly. Super is nice and helpful very responsive. Lot of pet owners but elevators and common areas are clean

Cons

Walls are a bit thin, I can hear my neighbors if they are yelling/vacuuming/watching tv.
