This Co-op is not worth your money.

Pros:
Laundry in the building is nice.
The neighborhood is lovely.
It's always great to have an elevator.
Cons:
- Unresolvable pest issues: (I made use of the building exterminator, paid out of pocket, and bought traps. Pest issue only got worse. Dealt with pests all year.)
- When you have issues, management will direct you to your landlord, and the landlord will direct you to management.
- Paid extra, submitted letters of reference, did a board interview, all to have the same issues as a regular rental building + additional fees to move in and out.
- Unprofessional super: The sort of person who clearly does not enjoy his job and makes it your problem.
- DO NOT RENT HERE. Save yourself the trouble and the time. Everything looks great on the surface but once you're in, it is very difficult to get issues addressed.
Advice to owner:
The entire building needs some deep extermination. Between pests in unit and in the common areas, it is clear the issue is bigger than one unit.

The apartment is okay to live. It’s not the best however better than many.

Pros:
The heat is really great. There is laundry service available and also elevator. They try to maintain things.
Cons:
THERE ARE RATS. Rats are a problem for entire year. The cockroaches comes during summer.
Advice to owner:
Please keep it clean and provide occasional pest controls for all the apartments.
