Willful Neglectful Intent to Extinguish Preferential Rent

Pros

It’s a small building

Cons

My landlord has been trying to recreate history for over three years. I am the first tenant in my apartment with a documented preferential rent. My landlord has increase me rent mid lease twice, registered my apartment with DHCR with incorrect rents for five years, backdated my lease renewal and refuses to include my preferential rent. He continues to file court cases with false arrears he generated from an illegally backdated lease. All this to extinguish my preferential rent.

Advice to the owners

Correct your wrong doing because I have reached out to city council, congress, attorney general and mayors office. Someone will investigate this matter and the facts will prevail
