Cheap, great location, nothing majorly wrong, in unit washer dryer, huge bedrooms
Water temp in shower hard to control, no window in living/dining room (not much of a living/dining room either)
Clean, garbage managed well, no pests, attentive live-in super
Right next to a bar, so can get noisy. Super can get a little snarky. No laundry in building.
