Apartment generally not cared for by anyone

Pros:
The people who live in the apartment are cool. Besides that, nothing.
Cons:
* Inconsistent cleaning during COVID (smells worse after they clean the hallways, tbh)
* Apartment caught on fire (!!!!!!!) recently and probably has mold growing after the fire department sprayed gallons of water down into the walls
* Our apt had mice last fall
* Maintenance won't check anything unless they know you can litigate
* Laundry machines are gross
* The apts have central air but the ducting is not sealed properly so the apartments are INCREDIBLY DUSTY and full of grime that is being constantly blown into the apartment
* Apartment caught on fire (!!!!!!!) recently and probably has mold growing after the fire department sprayed gallons of water down into the walls
