Neglected Property. Absent Management

Pros

Good location, by many buses and 10 min away from trains. Supermarkets and restaurants nearby

Cons

No heat, no hot water, constant leaks and no super on premises. Trash piles up every week. Management is useless and does not care. Too many violations to count.

Advice to the owners

We are humans. We pay rent. We as tenants deserve livable conditions. Shame on you.

Pros

Nothing to speak of

Cons

Trash everywhere, rats everywhere, roaches everywhere, everything works poorly, anything that breaks is replaced with old appliances.
