Noisy front gate
Pros
Good location, close to subways, buses, port authority & penn station
Cons
Noisy front gate & 2 front doors that slam into the front apartment and slam shut. Garbage maintenance is good but it gets done very early in the mornings
Advice to the owners
Remove the gate & fix the front doors
