Great building, love the Super

Pros

Lew (the super) is incredible The building is so nice, and the apartment itself was huge.

The management company could def be better at communicating.

Affordable Laundry in building (when it works) Close to public transit

Cons

Dirty, not maintained. Roaches. Neighbors smoke inside their apartments. Super does his best but no project is is ever complete. FIX THE LAUNDRY MACHINES. A little paint can go a long way.

Advice to the owners

This could be a beautiful building but it is not maintained or cleaned or does not inspire pride. Repaint the building inside, clean the basement storage. The rooms are filled with JUNK.
