Pros

Good location, responsive super, and no issues with mail.

Cons

Lots of maintenance issues. Water leakage, Elevator broken etc.

Home Sweet Home

Pros

Awesome place to live, building staff is very kind and responsive to all issues. Management company is very responsive and responsible. Decent gym and laundry room. Building is clean and peaceful with an indoor common area and an outdoor area as well.

Cons

Not much to complain about, other than the expensive rent. (-: Some new appliances or gym equipment would be great.

The pandemic has had a harsh effect on the economy, and it’s affecting us all. Please consider lowering the rent.
