Great apartment, just far from subway
Pros
Love the gated community. Family oriented tenants. Heating is great. Free Electricity and gas!
Cons
Target and TJ in 20 min walking distance. Terrible elevators.

Peter Cooper Village is an oasis
Pros
Large apartments, very responsive and friendly management, so much quiet green space, neighbors of all ages.
Cons
If you need the subway, then it's a 10 minute walk from 1st Avenue to Park and 23rd. Citibikes are right on the corner of 23rd and 1st Ave, as is the 1st Ave bus.

Keep up the good work.
