Overpriced and loud
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location, close to Columbus circle.
Cons:
10th Avenue is loud especially at night, and neighbors are also loud. Packages get stolen all the time. Not enough washers and dryers in the basement, you always have to wait for a machine.
Random people (and homeless people) often sit outside the front door on the stoop. Have seen multiple people doing drugs and drinking out there. They leave their trash all over the street too.
Apt 2B plays instruments all day long for the whole building to hear.

Great building but creepy Super
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean building and upgrades in apartments.
Cons:
Rent went up $500 per month after pandemic. Pest control inefficient. Packages getting stolen. Super is only sometimes helpful and not very knowledgeable about basic repairs.

Great apartment, loud on 10th ave
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean, friendly neighbors, great super, helpful management, HOT water & heat. Elevator works - quick fix when an issue occurs. Trash taken out very often, common areas cleaned very often. Recently updated units.
Cons:
Warmer in the summers, with sun facing units, hot water lines warm units. No stairs down to basement where washers are (elevator access only). Tenth can be a little loud during nights for tenth facing units.

Beware of moving into Apartment 4B
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great building well maintained
Cons:
Lots of noise, banging makes living in 4B unbearable. Multiple tenants have left this apartment. All the noise coming from apartment directly above.
