Very Loud and very Obnoxious People!!!

These people are always in the backyard of this building, making a lot of noise with kids screaming and loud music all the time!
Cons
These residents are always in the back of the building, playing loud music while kids are yelling and screaming. The smell of grilling smoke drifts into the apartments surrounding the area. They even set up a flat-screen TV and play Netflix and Hulu at maximum volume until 2 AM. These people are inconsiderate and show no respect for their neighbors. This disruptive behavior happens every day, both on weekdays and weekends. They've even blurred their building on Google Maps. When you ask them to quiet down, they curse at you. It's truly frustrating. It feels like everyone who lives here must either be related to them or a friend of the family, because you have to be either deaf or willfully ignoring the noise if you don't complain about it. No consideration at all.
Advice to the owners
If you consider your neighbors, you wouldn’t want them to disturb you. If you can’t control these people, they can be a nightmare. Do better!

Cons
Super is pretty unresponsive and there were medium amount of roaches. They do offer free 1x per month pest control if you choose, which we never did due to our cats.
