Great place overall!

Pros

Awesome location. Management is mostly responsive. The apt is newly renovated and has great lighting.

Cons

The maintenance contractors aren’t very responsive or effective so it’s hard to get things fixed. They’re nice people though and will come by eventually. The soundproofing between floors of the building is pretty bad.
