Ineffective security, messy common area
Pros
High ceilings, great light, bathtub (small), nice and responsive landlord
Cons
Extremely messy common area, completely ineffective security for the front door and windows, unable to receive packages, loud street
Advice to the owners
Ask tenants to keep hallways empty, and replace front door security system and add buzzers
